Complexity is based on the amount of detail in the artwork, image quality, cleanup needed, and the amount of redraw work required. Final pricing will be confirmed after review of the submitted file and project scope.

Revisions & Artwork Approval Policy

How it works

  1. Submit your artwork or image
  2. We review the file and determine the final quote
  3. A proof is prepared for your approval
  4. Payment is requested only after approval
  5. Final files become available after payment

Each project includes up to 3 revisions. Any additional revision requests beyond the included 3 may be billed at an extra hourly rate.

Final pricing will be confirmed after review of the submitted file and project scope.

Artwork Approval
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork.
 
If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of corrections and reorders.
 
The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork.
 
Customer’s signature on artwork approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered.
